These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

For the jurisdiction clause, I recommend inserting the city/state where the legal entity operating Somishi is actually registered or principally established, rather than copying Jaipur from the reference website. The Attrangi terms specifically choose Indian law and Jaipur jurisdiction, but that location should not automatically be carried over to Somishi.

We may update these Terms periodically.

The latest version will be available on this page, and continued use of the website following an update will be subject to the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
